How would I do a weighted pushup other than have me little girl sit on back?

use a ruck sack with weights in it
could also use it for the dips just put the ruck sack to the front of you wear it backwards

as chopper said, a school bag with weights in it does the trick.

triceps work is as follows.

Over head db triceps extensions
Bent over db triceps kick backs
Cable triceps extensions (V-bar)
Cable triceps extensions (rope)
Close grip push ups (V-push ups, not weighted)
Holding lockouts on the dipping station (1 minute hold).

I do 6 sets of each (10 reps) except for the push ups which I do a total of 100. Typically I do 70 on the first set and 30 on the second.

The lockouts will bring out the peak on the triceps faster than anything I know. I do these at the very end of the workout. This is harder than you would imagine.
