Hey, I have just started doing a full body workout and wanted some feedback on workout.
so i mix it up from week to week but generally it looks like this.
I do the workout 3 times a week.
Sets: 3
Reps: 7-10
chest: bench press
back: bent over rows
legs: dealifts
shoulders: military press
then 2 isolation moves ie: bicep curls, tricep extentions
I use this workout for the first week, then change the type of lift for week two, week three etc.
tell me what you think!

not the worst ive seen but dont do the same workout 3x a week maybe something like this:
mon-squats
bent over row
flat bb bench press
lunges
wed-deadlifts
shoulder press
wide grip pullups
stepups
fri-front squats
db incline bench press
db rows
reverse lunges
do something like this for a month or two then switch it up and do variations of the above.

ok...so perhaps dont do a chest excersise all three days?.....do one on the 1st and third day and replace it with a row on the 2nd day?

No do do Chest 3 a week. Most if not all Row exercises are associated with Back.
The Chest variations are there for you. Pull-ups, DB Inclined BP and Flat BB BP.

One last question I have is that chest is smaller compared to arms and back, so can I add in another chest excersise each full body workout...like some db flyes? as I would like chest to catch up with everything else!

why not do some pushups or something after your main chest exercise?

yup I do pushups to warmup chest before the main chest workout.....just wondered if it is too much to add another chest excersise in......

do weighted pushups as an additional exercise then.
