for arms i include
Bicep Curls, Tricep Plank, Tricep Dip, Tricep Extension, front Raise, Side raise
for chest
Chest Press,
For Back
Lat Pulldown, Seated Cable Rows, Upper Back machine
For Legs
Lunges, Squat, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Leg press, Calf Raise, Abducter, side Raise
Shoulders
Shoulder Press
do i need to change the routine or its correct?

Chest- Bench Press, Dumbell Flyes
Back- Standing Rows with (v-bar and/or rope), Pull-ups (or work up to them with negatives) Lat pull downs (wide and narrow grip)
Legs- Glute/Ham Raises, Squats, Lunges, deadlifts
Shoulders- Military press, dumbell side raises, dumbell front raises
Arms- Chin-ups, barbell curls, tricep pushdowns, dips
Back- Standing Rows with (v-bar and/or rope), Pull-ups (or work up to them with negatives) Lat pull downs (wide and narrow grip)
