Something I learned

Post by km1ll2 »

Hey guys,
So recently eyes were opened to a little something that could have derailed me. You know how I've always said that this is not diet, it's a new way life? Well, I am really starting to understand what that statement means and I am applying it to life daily. Sounds strange? Well let me explain. Recently I had a couple of meals that were not the best options to have and I also missed a couple of workouts because of schedule. The following day I thought to myself 'you gotta get back on track!' The fact is that there is nothing to get back on track about; you just keep moving on. When diet consisted of unhealthy choices and I missed one usual snacks I didn't say 'ok we gotta get back on track with the poor choices of food'. No, I just moved on. Well, why not the same approach here. If I missed workout, I just move onto the following day. After all, this is a life-long attitude; a new life. Just thought I'd share that with ya. Thanks for listening!

Exactly. "diets" don't work. Changing your diet does. Everyone needs a cheat day. Don't fret about it and just move on like you said.
