Fat Around Button Area?

Thanks again, back on the protein part, that means 154grams of protein a day? That is loads!!! i would be eating tons of foods for that or if i even used powder it would cost a fortune. Are you sure 154 grams of protein a day? That really does seem like loads.
Im getting second faults about this as im not sure if i can do it. I really want to but i just don't think im going to end up seeing the results i can. I will try best and hopefully get motivated.
However if you burn 1900-2200 calories naturally, if i ate 2000 calories a day and say burned 800 according to the machine i would still be burning more than i consume and losing the fat soon?
Thanks again
EDIT:
Today i have eaten 3 wheatabix and milk for breakfast. Snack at breaktime 2 ham sandwiches (2slice bread) Lunch ham and tomato sandwich (250 calories) i had a snack bar aswell with the choc on bottom when i got in which was 126 calories. So maybe ive eaten around 1000 calories? Thinking of going on bike soon though and then weights after? Or over way around?

That isn't really loads. That is about how much protein I eat each day. If you eat 6 meals throughout the day you would just make sure you get 25 grams of protein at each meal.
Ok honest opinion here Martin (I apologize if this feels a bit harsh) but it seems to me that you want to see the results but you don't want to put in the dedication and hard work necessary to get the results you want. If you really wanted to achieve your goals you would set you mind to them and find a way to achieve them.
Yes, if you ate 2000 calories a day and burned 1900-2200 naturally plus some in exercise you would still be burning more than you consumed which would lead to fat loss.
As I said in a previous post... WEIGHTS first then cardio after.

oh really? do you have any links? im in the uk btw so not sure how it would work. Also where i need to be having 154 grams of protein a day then, if i had it all in one drink, wouldn't that be an overdose? Also are they high in calories the powder as that would really limit daily intake.
Also on the weight lifting days, say im using dumbells and lifting them for arms as a routine. How many should i be doing a day and how many of each type of workout.
Thank you x

I've already answered your questions on reps and sets. I'll copy and paste so I don't have to repeat myself again.....
"For the reps and sets how about you just do 3 sets of however many reps you can do... or 3 sets of each exercise to failure."
Protein powder isn't too high in calories... atleast the kind that i buy isn't. Its pretty much just protein so has about 4 calories per gram. If you're taking in 25 grams of protein powder you will probably be taking in about 100-120 calories. Some protein powder does have a few carbs in it... mine has 4 carbs per serving... which is not enough to add a significant amount of extra calories.
Also, as I already suggested.... don't just lift your arms in workout. Make sure your doing a balanced workout of chest, arms, back, and legs.

Sorry to add yet another post it won't happen again i would just like to keep u added on today's part.
Breakfast - 3 wheatbix and milk. Snack before lunch - bannana
Lunch = French Stick and ham with cucumber.
Dinner = tuna pasta.
I have just finished doing 40mins of cardio (800 calories accoridng to the cycling bike) And i feel absoultly drained.
I haven't noticed a chance and ive been doing this for just over a week, if i stick to it will i be succesful, or am i just doing this all for nothing because i will regret that alot. (This is mainly to Cassie as she has been keeping up to track with me but anyone else is welcome to help
)
I just want stomach to be in more, as if i was breathing in and sucking it in. I really hope i can achieve it.
Even if i don't which i will really regret and hope doesn't happen. I would like to thank Cassie and everyone who has helped, but Cassie espically as she has put in alot of time and effort to help me and i can't thank you enough for your kindness.
