Fat loss in relation to body area worked.

Post by JamesmORRIS »

I have a question. I was just sitting here talking to a friend of mine, also boss. He asked me if you work out your legs for example, does the fat loss come from your legs at first and then from the rest of your body?

He said if you look at a ribeye steak it is marbleized with fat. Is the human muscle the same. If so, the muscle worked might use its own fat inside itself first.

I thought it was an interesting question so I thought I would ask.

you can mobilise fat from the area worked but you might not actually use the fat for energy where it may redeposit and your back where you started
