Need Really Good Workout
I have done The Waterbury Method and really liked that. After a week of Waterbury's TBT I don't really like it as much. Can anyone recommend a routine thats good for bulking (i'm 5'11 150ish lbs) ? I may just go back to waterbury method. Thanks in advance.
I liked his outlaw strength program but only because it was something different and challenging. But heres a consolidated list not sure how recent but skim through some of his programs and see.( if you already haven't)
