Hi i've been training for atleast 6 yrs now and still lagging behind in upper chest development.
I have tried all sorts of training schedule (rest pause, suppersets, compounds sets, simple sets) and also keep on changing the schedules but nothin seems to b workin.
I Start workout with inclined bench then do inlined dumbell press and on flant bench i have started this new way of concentrating muscle group by only keeping half back on the bench and doing bench press.
I train with heavy sets too. ALSO I NEED DESPERATE HELP IN DEVELOPING INNER CHEST BOTH IN LOWER AND UPPER

best upper chest exercise by far i think is the Flat Barbeel Bench Press to Neck. This tears your chest apart if done properly. Make sure you don't go too heavy (you'll use way less wt) and make sure you control the negative as all times. This can put the shoulder in a precarious position so that's why you need to take care. To make even better do some "x rep" type partials at the end of each set. Once at 1 rep before failure, do 5 - 6 partials in the middle 3rd range of motion. Not sure why but it doesn't work on an incline but it doesn't. Do this first in session with a couple of warm ups and follow with some incline cable flyes or low pulley upper chest pulls which are like a front raise but stand with back to pulley machine, hold a D handle in each hand with palms facing away from you and raise up to chest or chin and bring together like a normal crossover
