title says it, am i going to get the same result by doing that?
because like if i'm doing 4 sets without stopping i probably can't because i'd be too tired. am i gonna get the same result as to lifting 4 sets all at once?
lifting 4 sets per day but 2 sets/morning/afternoon

OK take this analogy. Say you setup to do a set of squats and you are determined to get 5 reps. So you do 4 reps but stop because you won't be able to do another. So you wait half an hour and do one more rep. You appear satisfied you did all 5. The point, if that made sense, is that your trying to work past that point of easy, waiting an inordinate amount of time to recover so its easy again is pointless. Doing half morning/night may seem like a loophole but your just going to be cheating yourself.
