question regarding starting a diet
I know that i need to lose some weight but everytime i go on diet it last for 1 month or less than i go back to eating the same way. how do i stick with diet goal and lose weight
What types of diet did you start?
You shouldn't be too hard, just eat about 500 calories less than you need. If you starve too much, you won't be able to stick with it for long time.
And I hate such diets like no carb or so, just eat normal, but smaller portions
And you can really fasten it by making sports... do cardio and if possible some weights to, because you will not only burn fat but build muscle wich will burn more fat...
