friend and I have a disagreement on what's best or "good" for a female to burn fat/weight.
I said she could start doing full body workouts, and High Intensity Interval Training. Toning her arms and burning the weight. friend says full body workouts won't do anything for a female and that long/slow cardio is the only way to go about things.
She's about 5'5" and I'm going to just guess and say she's about 150lbs (don't want to be too mean). She also has big, ya knows. Just so you know where the extra poundage comes from. She's not "fat" par say. But she's definitely not skinny.
Just giving you the basics.. and wondering what you think. I'm mainly aiming for the very wonderful females we have on here to chime in what is working for them, and what they think.

If she likes to run long and slow… then fine… if she enjoys it!

Also gotta add some weights!
I find lifting weights and challenging myself to heavier weights helps.
I don’t like running but intervals (sprinting) I can deal with!
Most of all… diet helps a lot… watching what im eating…
Put them all together... that works for me
