Post by erkydi »

hey ive been working out arms for a while, ive seen changes from wheni s tarted and now but it seems like its been a while since there was any more change, im trying to get it bigger of course not fgoing for definition yet...but this is wut i usually do now...i work out three times a week, when i do biceps, i do 3 sets of normal dumbell curl. start from one :20 lb x 8 reps then 25 lb x 8 reps twice. someitmes i do that work everytime i workout cuz i feel like i heal after one day. question is am i doing it rite, cuz seems like im not growing much anymore. i was wondering is it better if i do more other bicep workotu as well, anyways any help is good . peace all , keep pumping!!

to increase arm size, which by the way is 60% triceps growth, by 1 inch you need to put on 10pds of bodyweight. the fact that yiour not sore the next day means your body has adapted to the program currently so you need to change it. i woodn't do more vol either instead do more heavy squats and deadlifts to increase bodyweight and eat food

If you have a lagging body part...make it a priority. arms need a lot of training to make em grow. I train them 3 times a week. 3 exercises 3 sets 10-12 reps with 1 minute rest. Feel the blood pump!

Peace
