I am 5/7 125 smooth lean pounds skinny white guy want to gain about 20 pounds and I dont really know how I really dont like to eat alot

How old are you and what's the reason for the weight gain?
Come live at house and you'll gain 20 lbs easy...kidding.
But on a serious note, if you're not a bigger eater you need to eat foods that are dense in calories.
Eat beef, almonds and other nuts, add olive oil when cooking...in addition to all the other food groups, of course.
Maybe even invest in an inexpensive weight gainer (if there is such a thing) if you can't eat enough.
If you don't work out hard you will gain bad fat...check around these forums for sample workouts for mass gain...there are plently of threads

Army tricks to gain weight
Both Brother and I had to gain pounds to get in the Army spouse also used to be a recruiter and getting people to put on lbs was always an issue.
I used the add carbs method. Bread Crackers cake etc. This worked for me as I worked in a dance troop at the time so I did 10 to 12 hours of cardio a day as a dancer so I took in triple the carbs to pack on the lbs to enlist.
Brother was a lean muscle weight lifter and he turned to what hubby suggested to people. Peanut butter and Bananas. He also added more lean pork to his diet and decreased his running and upped his lifting.
He was 10lbs under weight and I was 20+ under and this worked for us.
