I was looking up some stuff about working out on the net last night and I saw one guy doing an impressive workout. 1 handed curls with an olympic bar. I've decided Im going to work up to this if possible. I can already do short sets with 55 lbs dumbells so weight wise I should be ok jsut have to work on the balance. I'm going to give it a try tommorow and see how it goes. Does anyone here do this kind of work out?
Haha its not like the one goal, just like to see if I can do it. Obviously going to continue with other muscles not dorp everything for a bicep workout.
