what is the best way to lose inches in 1month?
hey people im a 21years old girl and i really need honest opinions and views from your side. Please please help me out as soon as possible. I have to lose inches from arms and waist in just 25 to 30days. can anyone tell me how can i do that? i really dont have time to hit the gym as i have a very busy schedule. Can anyone tell me what else can i do?
Other: Eat healthy, don't diet. If you have 20min to "brisk walk" then you have plenty of time for a workout even if it is at home. There are lots of programs out there.. http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/tips ... aining.htm theres one example i found that was decent. The best way to loose inches is to build muscle to help burn off that fat. If i may ask why do you "have" to lose those inches in a month

Don't eat crap food, but you can eat more than a piece of celery and a baby carrot.
Front load your meals towards the begining of the day. I mean eat breakfast every morning and snacking a little bit during the day. I'm not suggesting skipping dinner, even though I voted that, but eat an earlier dinner. Give your body time to burn the calories you eat in your last meal before bedtime. Exercise after dinner wouldn't be a bad idea.
I suppose its a combo of everything: eating clean, not eating too late in the day, and any exercise you can do (you have to make time even if its just a short walk). Stairs are good too, less fun, but you wouldn't have to do them as long.
