Hi, just joined up as a member and really loving this site, just what i've been looking for!
Just wandering whether any of you guys can help us out. i've been going to the gym now for 3 months n really enjoying it. Trying to take things to the next level! goal is to get some decent abs n a bigger chest by the end of august. I train tuesday thursday saturdays mainly and will be going other days when i'm free to. anny suggestions on best workouts etc and if they;ve worked 4 you????

I sent you a message to, but as far as chest here is what you need to do! Set up your program like this chest shoulders triceps on one day, back and biceps on another day, legs on another day. Here is just a simple format on setting up your days, hit me up if you have aim or yahoo, we can go over everything bro! Also as far as developing abs you need to train them as you would anything else. Its all about lifting heavy, eating right, and rest! Also I have a few supplements that I would recommend to help you also! 

Starting Strength
I would suggest buying "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe or if your short on cash i would suggest looking into Chad Waterbury's Programs on T-nation. I myself enjoyed SS and found it very helpful.
