this tells me we could be smarter

if i was you i'd:

option a - do 1 of your sessions oveer the wekend when you have ebergy and actual decent recovery time

option b - do lower body mon, upper body tue and full body thu

or

Swanso, option a - is not an option for me due to schedule. Option b - is only three days a week working out, i would prefer at the very least 4 days a week to workout. Could you please give reasoning why you would choose to do legs on the Monday.........I use Arnold Schwarzeneggers encyclopedia book as a guide to working out.

training 4 days in a row is silly

why not? it should be the hardest session so do it when you're freshest at the start of the week

i made that mistake yrs ago too...

I'm not. I'm pretty sure Carb cycling involves having days, where you eat more Carbs than on others.

Some people may choose to lower or raise levels of other Macros, to keep calories at maintenance, or some may just adapt the Carbs, and have higher or lower caloric amounts from one day to the next.

It all boils down to the same thing. Significantly changing how the body responds to the ever changing nutrition. Keeping a caloric maintenance, and more or less the same daily Macro ratios, to me makes for more efficient weight loss, when the body can settle into a consistant rhythm.

By fluctuating daily Carb levels, on some days you'll get a deficeit causing more Fat stripping, on some days an excess, causing potential conversion to stored Fat.

In mind, keeping things consistent is better, as I think the body gets better at it, when it can focus on the same thing often.

A similar methodology, to training muscle fibres for differing disciplines, like Sprinting, Half Marathons etc etc.

yes it does, but metabolism will stay the same as you simply replace those lost carb cals with protein and fat one's so hopefully with less glycogen storage you'll burn some excess fat for energy

i donl;t really follow what that last part was...training for sprinting and half marathons are 2 completely different things and the training is hardly "consistent"

Isn't training just 3 days a week not enough? Muscle starts to get smaller after 48 hours. Do you have any suggestions for a 4 day a week schedule that would work.
bad, its not Arnolds encyclopedia, lol......its Arnolds Dictionary........i know we are not Arnold, but if you have read this book, it is very informative for both men and women. He definitely knows what works, i know he used steroids, but i am patient and willing to put in the work to get myself as big as i can without the help of supplements or steroids. All natural friend.

the programs aren't for natural trainers though, no one without assistance should train more then 4 times a week with wts

No I meant training for say Marathons to improve STMF ability, and Sprints to improve FTMF ability, as opposed to doing contrasting cardio styles for one purpose, potentially reducing the ability to do that thing as well as it could be done. I.E. mixing in jogging and sprints each week, when you want to achieve more accelleration for example.
