Core Rhythms

Post by Nokie173 »

I don’t usually stay home on the weekends… but this Saturday…
I actually stayed home cleaning up and watching T.V.
Almost every channel I turned to had some kind of infomercials about some kind of products!
What actually caught eyes was “Core Rhythmsâ€

I voted "No" - while it sounds like fun, it seems to replicate the very exercises we do but exaggerated and to music! It kind of falls in line with all those other exercise videos I bought - sounds good, and in this case looks good, but would I have that much fun in front of TV? Nah...

Now - here's an idea, let's all get together for a block party - turn the music up loud and rock our bodies to perfection!

Nah... I just posted to see what people got to say about it.
I don't usually watch infomercials...
So it just got me curious what people have to say about this product!

I'm doing ok for now.. with weights and diets...
It would be nice to be a girlie girl... just dancing the weights off for cardio.
But i'll stick to Kick Boxing.... :P

So i'm sticking to own plan and save me money!

Thanks everybody.. you're inputs are great! :D

Looks like a waste of money to me.

Although I like that last guy on the testimonials page. He was clearly so pleased with his end results, he bought some Sandals to celebrate
