Help with gaining muscle.

Hi, I've been working out for just over a year now and I have made gains, but they have been slow, I was wondering if anyone has any tips or information that can help me, specific exercises, and I need tips with the sets and reps range, and how many exercises to do on each muscle.

full body 3x a week. compound lifts mainly.

around 25 reps per bodypart.

only need 1 exercise per muscle group with the full body option.

look up some of chad waterburrys stuff.
