I really want to avoid getting a chunk hacked out of one of other ligaments, attached to damaged one & screwed into bone, SO...
Any suggestions for supplements that support/promote tissue regeneration & growth?
ACL has torn right off tibia & I know it's wishful thinking, but any knowledge/experience you can share about supplements/vitamins that assist in mucsle rehab would be MUCH appreciated!
