Hi guys, 16 year old here who has been on a bulking phase recently. Have gained some mass but also some fat. I am now at a stage im happy with and now want that "shredded" look. Ive got a decent workout routine in place, but its mainly diet i don't really understand when it comes to cutting.
Of course no junk food, but are things like sugar from fruit and fibre cereal ok?
Finally, i when on bulk i would eat around 3500 cals. I started cut today and so far have eat 2900 cals but have burned off about 450 at gym and i'm just heading out to football ( soccer ) practice. Will this create a big enough calorie deficit to lower body fat %?
On bulk i eat about 3500 - 4000 cals..... Now im trying to eat about the same calories to maintain muscle but doing more reps on weights and more cardio to burn fat.
