goal is to lose weight so 3x/week I do a routine on a treadmill and just wanted to get some opinions:
I set it at an incline of 1 with 4MPH, then each tenth of a mile I increase the incline to 2, then next tenth of a mile, to 3 until I get up the the maximum incline of 15. Then I bring it down by 3 numbers each 10th of a mile until I am at an incline of 1, usually takes about 30 min. I thought this might be good because it is high intensity for some time brought back to mild, what do you think?
