The answer is no. Unfortuantely, spot reducing is physiologically impossible. When we lose fat we lose it everywhere. It has nothing to do with what exercises we are doing for what parts of the body. So unfortunately chest exercises won't decrease chest size.

Eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly will decrease your body fat. And when you decrease your overall body fat, you will see a reduction is chest size.

A reduction in chest size will not decrease the size of the breast themselves. The breast are fat tissue and size is hereditary.

I concur about spot reducing. You can't manipualte certain fatty areas, except possibly with surgery, and I'm not saying have surgery at all.

I mentioned some Chest exercises, because of the slight possiblity they might have done / do something. I'll apologise though if I made it look like a fairly simple answer, to your situation, it wasn't supposed to look like that.
