I need some advice concerning workout.i have reached goal weight im quite slim but what i really want is some definition and sculpting on abs and legs. i do about 40 minuted of cardio every day 5 days a week and some strenght training with free weights.The problem is i
workout at home so i don't have the right equipment to get those ripped abs.Anybody have some tips and advice on how i can achieve a more lean and sculpted body especially abs.

i usually do about 4 sets of 20 of just simple crunches i do the plank exercise and i also use abmachine even though i dont think that really does anything and i also do some leg lifting exercises to target the lower abs..is that enough?also im not sure if i should work on abs everyday or every second day?thanks for the reply by the way
