Hey everyone! name is mike and I just recently got back in the gym. I have been out of the lifting/exercising scene for almost 4 years. Could someone give me a good break down on which muscle groups to lift together. I know it's kind of a db question but to be honest I don't rembrr. I have been just following a total body work put at gym but would really like to break it down more. I'm going to be lifting 3 days a week and doing Cardio for 5. Any suggestions, tips, etc would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and I look forward to your advice. Sorry for misspelled words I'm on phone at work. LOL

Here's what I do:

First workout: Upper Body (bench press, pull-ups, etc)

Second workout: Legs (squats, etc)

Third workout: weak points--I put some extra work into parts that need it. This is usually legs. I also tend to go with a little bit lighter weight and higher rep range on third workout (first two workouts are heavier with a lower rep range).
