what workouts would you do if you went on holiday for a few weeks ?

during the holiday like say you went on holiday to another country how would you workout ?

find a gym when your over there and do your usual.

Run. Dips. Push-ups. Six-Inch Sit-ups. Back Raises.

Ya know, the basics. But I'd go with RK first, find a gym. If you can't, so some of the basic exercises to do in your own home. They're not as "great" as your gym workout, but beats skipping it.

Im in the same boat as you. Taking a vacation overseas on june 10th... I hate to leave right now because im in the middle of a workout program (abbhb).. this means i have to START ALLLL OVER when i get back..

Until then, i stick to the program... But whilst im on vacation im gonna be consuming alot of lean protein daily to maintain mass and do some Dips,Pull ups, just be creative and find something heavy and use it! lol

Last vacation I went on I gained a good 10 pounds in 10 days. Never worked out once while I was there and felt like when I got back home. ha ha it was a good break though. I went to Jamaica hmm.... wonder why I was so hungry all the time? lol
