I'm looking to do a full body workout to lose some pounds 2 days a week in between cardio days.
I don't have any barbells, but the small gym at apartment complex has a large dumbbell set and a bench.
Anyone have a routine that I could follow 2 days a week using what little I have available?

work off this template:
squat or deadlift paired with core
row paired with bench
shoulders paired with biceps paired with triceps
choose different exercises for 2 workouts and off you go
you should do more wts then cardio
