What is a Good Replacement for these exercises?

Post by Baseballkid14 »

1) Skull Crushers

2) Barbell Back Squats

Also, I'm doing to waterbury method now and I would like to know what I am supposed to do for day 1?

A1 + A2
A1 + B1
B1 + B2
A1 + A2 + B1 + B2
Which one is it?

Thanks

Skull crushers work the triceps. You have plenty of options.

1. French press
2. close grip benches
3. close hand push ups
4. cable triceps extensions
5. Dips

The scull crushers are an excellent choice if you have elbow pain due to triceps work.

The French presses are risky for that type of injury.

For the legs:

Lunges, squat thrusts, dead lifts.

The BB squat is a good choice however and it would be "go to" choice for the legs.

hold the DBs on your shoulders for the DB squats. it makes it alot tougher to do. and do single leg work like lunges and bulgarian split squats.

Dont have the equiptment. I would have to take all the wieght off one barbell (I work out at home) and then put it back on later. Also, weight bench is close to the wall so there wouldn't be room.

Study your floor plan. I suspect that with some ingenuity you will be able to rearrange your equipment so that you can do all of your exercises.
