Training Tips
I need some help with working out at the gym. I'm 6'1 and weigh around 200-210 pounds, and peak weight was 260. I'd like to lose the fat that's left over on body (chest, arms, back, legs, lower abs), and I'd also like to build some muscle, and weigh somewhere between 215-225. Anyone that can give me advice is greatly appreciated.
