i want that ripped look you know shape....tone....not so much mass....i used to weigh 250 lbs im now 127....and i have been active in training for 7 years...i do 95 minutes of cardio a day...plus 200 upper abs...200 lower abs 200 center abs and 200 obliques with a series of changing workouts...i also take a nitrix supplment by bsn and diet is high protien...low carb....why am i not getting the shape and definition im killing myself....what am i doing wrong? skin just sags and hangs there with empty fat cells...its discusting! it looks like i have had 3 children and i have none....why wont it tone!?! HELP!?

first, im assuming that you lost all that weight in an unhealthy way, because this is what causes the skin to become loose like that, but have no fear, it is possible to reverse this, but your on the wrong track. if you really only weigh 127, the last thing u need to do is be losing weight, try to train your whole body, EVERY muscle, if u dont want mass, just use light weight, and your cardio is way to long, you should be doing 30-45 minutes at most, because too much cardio actually makes you fat. as for your ab workouts, u are doing way too much of this too. try doing some lighter stuff every other day.. hope this helps, if u have any other questions, let me kno
95 minutes of cardio a day? Unless you are training for an edurance event that is way too much. And, I'm guessing you are not eating the wellover 2000 calories needed to support your body if you sre doing that much cardio?
Doing all that ab work is not going to help either. If those ab exercises are that difficult you should find more challenging ones with which you can only do 15 reps. Quality is far more important than quantity.
You asked why you aren't seeing progress when you are killing yourself...you aren't seeing progress because you ARE killing yourself.

What they mean by that is that you're overtraining so your body can't recover and your results suffer.... Just find an exercise that you can only do 10-15 reps of, probably a weighted one since you say you can do 200 reps, and only train your abs 3 days a week with one day of rest in between each ab workout.
I agree. I don't think 200 reps on each section of your Abs is doing you any favours.
Makes me wonder how some so-called celebrities with Washboard Abs, can get away with saying they do 200-300 sit-ups a day, and eat stuff like Salads, it's got to be a bit phoney surely. That many sit-ups a day, pehaps after 2 years of Abs work, possibly, but why would you want to?
95 Minutes of Cardio would be better cut by half, as unless you're training for endurance style training, it isn't necessary in opinion.
I would also be tempted to say cut Protein slightly, and increase Carbs. Low Carb just sounds like another variation on the "bad old" Atkins diet, which I think is a stinky kind of diet system based on flimsy science, or at least that's the word on the web these days, and I doubt that's B.S. permeating through the messageboards, like water through Limestone.
You could also try thing like Vitamin E and Cocoa Butter, as they are good apparently for stretch marks, and I think scarring, so they might have a slight effect on your situation, but I wouldn't become reliant on those kinds of methods.
It could also be down to if your lifestyle is very stressful, as stress can increase Cortisol production, which is something that could increase Abdominal Fat mass slightly as well.
If you want to have your Protein intake quite high, you might be as well to substitute some of the Protein Calories for those in Low fat diary products.
Dairy has recently been proven to aid Fat loss, because the Calcium content from memory, binds to consumed Fat in the Gut, and assists in the excretion of more Fat from the Bowels, before it stores.
However you would need to keep calories the same, not suddenly start wolfing down Skimmed Milk, Low Fat Yoghurts, Egg Whites etc etc, or the extra calories will counteract the benefits of the Calcium.
Also don't have loads of Dairy sources, keep your Protein intake to things like Skinless Chicken, Turkey, Soybeans, Tofu, Low Salt Nuts, Beans, Red Meat, etc etc, as you get other things from these sources, like other Vitamins, Iron, etc, and as I said you might be wiser to lower your Protein a bit, and up the Carbs a bit, to keep your Metabolism and energy levels in better nick.

You say you used to weigh 250 lbs? and now you're 127, right? Well to tell you the truth, you probably have alot of excess skin that won't shrink no matter how many exercises you do. Especially if you have stretch marks. I know I'm a mother of three and have major stretch marks. In short your skin is stretched out and either you have to chose to live with it or have the excess skin surgically removed. If you have no stretch marks then may I suggest you up your water intake to create more elasticity in your skin. It could be that because of the amount of cardio you're doing that you are dehydrated and that can also have an effect on whether or not your skin will become taut again. Hope this helps.
