I don't really have a stable, healthy diet. I try to eat helthy but it doesn't work that well, so theres a lot of up and downs.
I was wondering, for a 15 y/o [going on 16 soon]
who does P.E (physical education) at school,
Karate 3 days a week
Doing cardio excercises everynight
How many calories Do i need for a day?
to maintain weight, while building muscle ( ithink i'm fat enough)
and
I always have breakfast easy, lunch really easy and dinner heavy
is it a helathy routine?

hi thx for replying so i checked BMR
and it says 1846.7
i just thinmk if i only eat 1846.7 .... 1847 calories a day while working out and doing cardio exercises such as basketball swimmin and running, isn't it just too low?
BMR is what you need for healthy metabolism. Don't exercise on BMR calorie intakes, it's not good. You should be eating at least another 400-500 on top of that.

so like total of 2200?
or just like each meal as 400~500.
that woudl be more like 2400~3000 a day.
