okay so i'm trying to start a diet since the summer is in a few weeks. i know i can't lose weight that fast but i want to start exercising and eating healthy. so does anyone have any ideas on some exercises i could do? i don't have an machines or weights or anything, so its kinda hard. but i could really use some help.
