exercise ideas..help please.

okay so i'm trying to start a diet since the summer is in a few weeks. i know i can't lose weight that fast but i want to start exercising and eating healthy. so does anyone have any ideas on some exercises i could do? i don't have an machines or weights or anything, so its kinda hard. but i could really use some help.

If you want to lose fat you should start jogging 4-5 times a week atleast 20-30 minutes each time. The most common way to burn fat fast is HIIT (high intensity interval training) www.instantlyinshape.com then to hiit for info. do some research to find a good diet for you. stay away from fast food, sugars, soda, candy, cookies, and anything you know is bad for you

Frankly with the exception of point 2, point 3 is debateable, and point 1 is arguably irresponsible.
