You could possibly try things like Vitamin E and Cocoa Butter.

Well there have been instances of loose skin as a consequence of rigorous training, and I have seen people overcome that problem too. I am also certain that no surgical aids were required for these people to overcome the problem, so it can be said that there are some easy and safe means with the help of which you can get rid of the sagging skin. Do make a thorough enquiry about this you will get the solution.

Sorry but could you please take those links away. This board I'm pretty sure, doesn't allow unsolicited promotion of for profit wesbites.

Yes, i have the very same problem.

I was once obese weighing about 156kgs @ 180cm tall. I lost all weight in about a year (went down to about 80kgs) from just diet and calorie control (no exercise).

What happened? well, one could only guess... :)

I searched many hours trying to find a solution, and went to a dermatologist for consultation, but he made me afraid of any op. seeing as i dont like hospitals and ops at all.

Then i came across this one site, which i cant remember the link of... but it basically said similar things to that of of this link http://www.thefactsaboutfitness.com/new ... htloss.htm

The thing with loose skin is it is accompanied by loose fat, that loose flab (which is a MISSION to get rid of) actually prevents your skin from returning to normal size.

There has been testimonies that this has worked, and I have already begun mission to stripping all the loose flab off me until skin is of satisfactory.

Im already down to about 14% body fat percentage and have started seeing improvements with regard to hanging skin.

To cut a long story short... keep burning that fat! im not going to stop burning fat until i reach the single digits in body fat percentage, and ill see what happens what there..

Hope this helps
