So here i am now....I really just want to work on the overall toning of body, and work on strength. I am 5ft10in and 155lbs.

I am also going to college this fall for medical dietetics, and would like to be a dietician some day.

I really don't eat much, probably alot less than I should, and I am a vegetarian. I ride horses, and bike, but am unable to run due to breaking femur in October and knee cannot handle the stress.

Any suggestions? Feel free to ask me any questions that may help you.

Right now I'm only biking. I can't run due to a femur injury in october giving me knee pain. And I have a gym area in house with a treadmill and alot of weights, resistance bands, and shit. I also love doing stuff outside. I honestly don't have a training program....haha. I need help making one which is why I'm on here.

But right now I bike 7 miles 4 times a week.

I would suggest you stick to the biking right now, and as you've been given good diet advice elsewhere on the site, allow for that, and start to implement that into your weekly routine, and see how the two work out.

After a few weeks if you're stuttering on progress, then perhaps make tweaks.
