I'm about to start hitting the weights again after being off for a month or so now. So...I'm facing the inevitable soreness in the muscles. question is, should I ease way back into lifting slowly and easily or just go in there and belt it out like I was doing before I slacked off?[/quote]
do a few days of lighter but still intense workouts.
if you get into it too fast you will be sore for a longer period of time, keeping you out of the gym.
