military pushups.

have your hand in a triangle/ square shape and do push ups like that instead of having your hands spread out. so your hands should be directly in front of your face instead of shoulder length apart. connect your thumb to your other thumb, and index to other index and so on. then do push ups. it's alot harder and it really builds your chest.

also....im 14 too

is it good for me to do 30 reps and 4 sets using 5lb weights?.. I'm mainly looking to get some muscle for big arms, but also want some strength to go along with that.

So just wondering if there are any thoughts on how many suggested reps i should do for bicep and tricep workouts with the 5lb weight..
