Reasonable price per gram, but too many unecessary ingredients.

You could easily just get something a bit cheaper, with Whey and Maltodextrin, and leave it at that.

ok i tossed that

and got whey protein.
but the flavor sucks with water :(

so is this good:

skimmed milk
water
4 scoops protein (1 scoop = 5 gram = 4.2g protein)
8-10 strawberries
and blend
is that good?

No.

1. The Fruit won't digest properly.

2. The Milk will thicken the mixture making it more viscous, increase Calories, increase enzymatic activity, and slow down absorption, not least for the added Casein.

The only additional benefit really is the Simple Sugars in the Fruit and Milk, which would increase Insulin spiking, and Protein into muscles, but you could get the same effect adding Honey, as Honey is a simple Sugar as well.

You could also consider adding some Crushed Oats.

If you had a Whey and water mix, with or without Honey and / or Oats, you could experiment taste wise, with things like Vanilla Essence, ground Ginger, ground Nutmeg or Cinnamon, and play around with things.

If you find the taste could be smoother, yo could try something like a dissolvable fibre like Benefibre, Fibre Sure or I believe there is one called Metamucil, and just add perhaps a teaspoon to the mix, as part of your Carbs.

oh i see

can i drink the protein without honey
and then just eat honey after?

honey makes the taste bad in water
so maybe just put water and protein
and eat honey alone

Yes, no problem. The Honey would still be in your system very soon afterwards. Obviously the effects on Protein would be somewhat distorted if you waited say 30 minutes, but consuming it within roughly 5 minutes of the shake, would maximise it's synergistic abilities.

Hey,

This is really a fantastic product. I've been using this mega mass for more than four months and I experience a drastic change in stamina energy and appetite. It gives all the vital nutrition for expanding our bodies. The taste is fine and you can mix it with most of fruits and milk.

Regards,

I used these product 2 years ago. I am now 20yrs old...It did not work when I use it 2 years back- may be because I did not use it the smart way, but I have to buy it again. I want to use it the smart way now and hope it works.
