freestyler-functional dynamics

Post by cat76 »

Hello everyone, I have just stumbled upon this device on the internet called Freestyler. Does anyone have any opinion about it? It looks very dynamics and fun and they are promising great effects in a short period of time because of multiaxis functional training. Can anyone confirm that functional training has better effects than conventional means? I would appreciate any feedback before I decide to buy it.

Skip this piece of equipment. A medicine ball will allow you to train just as well and cost less than $30.00--and is a good bit more portable too.

There are lots of better choices. (But pretty models in the website).

yeah id definately give this a miss, whats wrong with the tried and tested conventional workouts?

i hate these kinds of things, bits and bobs that are supposed to give you models bodies in about a week.reminds me of a conversation with one of sisters friends a few months back, she was trying to lose weight and asked me for some advice, so i told her she should try lifting weights "yeah right, i dont wanna end up with huge muscles" was her reply. after trying to explain that its very difficult to get bulky lifting weights she dissmissed me going on to say that she had this thing that(no word of a lie) you put your leg/arm/ into and it vibrates at a certain frequency and that "10 mins of this is like 3 hours at the gym".

i mean what the f*!k$ that all about??? after i stopped laughing i told her it was bullshit, she got really defensive and was like "it works...ok!" i should mention that she was (and still is) like the side of a house.

p.s the thing she was on about was like £300

Personally I'd make Slendertone close down. A lot of what they make is downright crap. They should be ashamed.

Incidentally, some guy was trying an Electronic Abs belt on a show last week, and he ended up collapsing on the floor from the Abdominal pain, then pissed himself.

Yes it is. It's done by that guy that plays the Mr Inappropriate charachter on Balls Of Steel .

I laughed that time he want in a pet shop, and the sat on a cat litter tray doing a poo, and the guy was like what are you doing? Then he went in a Stationary shop, and started photcopying has .

Priceless.

Though I'm sure Tim Shaw would rather be known for more than just that
