do you think this is a good cardio workout twice a week.

skipping for 20 minutes - 30 seconds medium speed - 20 seconds fast speed.

I'd switch that. 20 seconds moderate, 10 seconds fast.

You've then got something ou could do 10 times for a 3 minute circuit, and depending on how capable you think you are, rest for either 30, 45 or 60 seconds, then go again.

Should be able to get a good 15 minutes or so out of that.
