i need some help
i am trying to work stomach and i am a 155 lbs female. I love to play sports but now that i am out of high school i cant anymore. i am a life guard at local city pool and would really like to get in shape this summer to go back to college looking great. any advice?

i need help
right i am working as a lifeguard. i work on quad, do yard work and about 10 situps everyother day i just cant seem to lose the weight and get some muslce.
for breakfast i eat a bowl of oatmeal and orange juice.
for lunch i eat a bowl of macaroni salad and 16oz of lemonade.
for dinner it all depends on what finace cooks but i usually eat a very small portion i seem to eat about 1200 or so calories a day.
throughout the day i drink lemonade and dont eat anything.
for breakfast i eat a bowl of oatmeal and orange juice.

(You need more Protein. So things like Chicken, Turkey, Eggs etc etc.)
(You need something here like a snack with Protein and Carbs. Things like Low Fat Cheese, Fruit, Peanuts, small Sandwhich etc etc.)

(You need more protein here, and I would either go for Diet lemonade, or drink something less sugary.)
