i need some help

i am trying to work stomach and i am a 155 lbs female. I love to play sports but now that i am out of high school i cant anymore. i am a life guard at local city pool and would really like to get in shape this summer to go back to college looking great. any advice?

You need to do more than just work your stomach.

You should be looking at complete exercises for the body, and if needs be changes to diet.

We would need to know what you do do at the moment.

right i am working as a lifeguard. i work on quad, do yard work and about 10 situps everyother day i just cant seem to lose the weight and get some muslce.

for breakfast i eat a bowl of oatmeal and orange juice.
for lunch i eat a bowl of macaroni salad and 16oz of lemonade.
for dinner it all depends on what finace cooks but i usually eat a very small portion i seem to eat about 1200 or so calories a day.


throughout the day i drink lemonade and dont eat anything.

(You need more Protein. So things like Chicken, Turkey, Eggs etc etc.)

(You need something here like a snack with Protein and Carbs. Things like Low Fat Cheese, Fruit, Peanuts, small Sandwhich etc etc.)

Certainly for activity levels, I'd double the calories you eat per week. You're too low at 1,200 a day.
