Any advice on routine?

Post by k1ng »

I just started working out. I only have a home workout system mainly just a bench because work schedule is hectic and it's not work a gym membership for how often i can go. So the main part of workout is done with barbell exercises. If you have any others than the ones I'm doing I would love to hear them.

Its split into 4 days:

Day 1:
Back (lats) Pullover
Back(gen) Bent over row
Deltoid(side) Upright row
Trapezius Shrug

Day 2:
Chest(gen) Bench Press
Chest(gen) Decline Bench Press
Chest(upper) Incline Bench Press
Deltoid(front) Behind Neck Press

Day 3:
Hamstings Kneeling Leg Curl
Biceps Curl
Branchialdis Reverse Curl
Wrist Wrist Flexors
Wrist Wrists Extensors

Day 4:
Quads Squats
Quads Lunge
Triceps Extensions
Triceps Dip
Calfs Standing Leg Curl
Tribialis Reverse Calf Raise
Obliques Side Bend

Thanks again for those who actually read this! Keep working hard!

do full body exercises because:

1 - you're straped for time and have toy training 3/week with wts leaving 1 - 2 extra cardio session
2 - they're better then muscle splits
3 - won't allow you time for useless exercises such as wrist wrsits extenions as you put it

tale 1 leg, back, chest, shoulder and arm exercise from each day you have now and make up 3 days worth of workouts using 1 for each day

as you're strapped for equipment pair with a cardio type exercise such as skipping, mountain climbers and core exercises such as prone and side ab planks
