maybe list what you'd basically eat most days and we can have a look at it
you may under eat more so than have an actual eating disorder, there is a difference

hey, the only thing that really hit me when i was reading your diet is your protein shake. If you are drinking a 200g protein shake you are wasting protein. Your body is only able to make use of 40g of protein at a time and the rest is just wasted. Depending on the protein you are taking, your results will vary over different durations of time. Just know that weight does not matter that much, as the other person said, work out until you like the way your body looks, you don't have to concern yourself over the weight so much. If you are already working out, stick with it (if you need help making a routine I can help you or others) and you will see results. You have to remember that results are not immediate though. Good luck!

first off, is there any specific part that you would like to tone more than others. Ex: abs, legs. You will want to focus on the body parts that you want to tone moreso but don't neglect the rest. Also, I would suggest cardio after every workout. Never before because your body will be tired for the lifting that will help you tone. Also, the number of reps and sets are more important than the weight, do not emphasize high weight because you may lose form. Get back to me with any specific body parts to tone or all, and I will try to make up a routine as fast as I can for you!

Sorry to butt in but I have a question regarding the 40g protein. Where did get your information? thanksdsubulldog12 wrote:hey, the only thing that really hit me when i was reading your diet is your protein shake. You're almost 18 and you've been working out for 5 years (according to your profile).
1. What kind of training have you been doing during that period.
2. How is your muscle tone?
If you don't have an eating disorder, then just enjoy your food and let your girlfriends be jealous of your slim appearance. ( preference is for slender women; first true love was a ballerina--muscular, feminine and slender. Very sexy.) I think there are other men out there that will appreciate your shape.
Eat well; dress well; stay toned. Be happy.

Add some abdominal work and some back work and your routine will be fine.JBMD wrote:i dont necessarily do any training, i just workout alot. at the least i workout for two hours a day. right now i am quating 60lbs, leg pressing 160lbs, curling 15lbs, lifting 20lbs etc. (just so you can get an idea of what ive been lifting) but i feel like its not enough.
You have a high metabolism rate. It could be that your metabolism rate increases as your intake increases. I've seen this in some people with high metabolism rates.
Has your doctor declared you "healthy"? If so, eat well and accept yourself for what you are: A young healthy pretty and slender woman. Not a bad place to be. (But your spelling sucks.)
