Help with correct form?

Hello...I am new here and just starting out w/ some light weights to get myself toned---arms preferably.
im wondering what the correct form is for some dumbell weights for ti's and bi's.
any and all help/info would be greatly appreciated!!

depends on the exercises you're doing i suppose...

Whatever it is, you should always with Bi and Tri exercises, be moving the weight with your Elbows.

It's Biomechanical. You bend the Elbows only. Never start leaning forwards or back, or rotating the Shoulders to assist, and whether the exercise requires the upper Arm to be hanging down, or going straight up in the air, same thing applies. That upper Arm shouldn't move anywhere, as the Elbow movement should be moving the Forearm, but upper Arm movement on Bi and Tri exercises, should be little to none.
