Love handle HELP!!!
I was tiny all life until i had first daughter. I went from 118 lbs to 180 lbs. I started cutting portions in half and lowered calorie intake. No matter what work outs i do i cant seem to lose sides. Its like i have these huge fat pockets on both of sides that no matter what clothes i wear, it looks horrible. Plus i have this big indentation from wearing jeans throughout the pregnany. What can i do to get rid of this? Pleeeeeeease help!!!!
well ive never had a baby, being a man and all, but i would say you would benefit from lifting some weights and doing hiit cardio. i would suggest full body workouts 3x a week but i dont know where you are in regards to weightlifting, have you done any sort of lifting in the past? also read the sticky "read before posting" in the diet section, its got some info on when and what to eat.
Hey, I've been told and have done some research on the whole "getting rid of the muffin top" and ive decided that running/jogging is the best thing... because of the oblique rotation during it... it works your core and tightens everything up. It's the best answer I have seen out there. Hope this helps!!

I'm on the same mission
Hi Autumn. I've got to tell you as a 30 yr old man who love beer, but also works out religiously it's been a long battle for me too. I do calisthenics in the park and even though I'm fairly strong and can do more of those exercises than plenty of friends I've discovered its not enough. I recently went back home to visit family I haven't seen in years and cousin who's 9 years older than me and typically weighed about 35-40 lbs more than me (I am/was 205lbs.) now weighs around 185lbs. Lean, ripped and he says its all because he eats right and runs. Cardio and diet have to be the best fat blasting combo there is. I've recently started playing basketball 3 days a week and there is nothing like sweating off all those extra pounds. I do both cardio and strength training now and I have seen significant results in mid section. A lot of people have commented on it and its only been around 2+1/2 weeks. Once u start seeing results you'll stay motivated to keep it up. Compression fitnesswear also helps to reduce fatigue and may aid your progress. Not to mention it helps keep things tight, lol.
