loose skin

I used to weigh 273 lbs and have lost down to 151 lbs. Now i have a lot of loose skin hanging everywhere that i can't seem to firm up. How can i firm up this loose skin all over body? It makes me very self conscious.

can't see much in your picture but if it is actually skin then surgery may be your only option...sure it's not just a little excess that's left?
