First though is, keep Carbs the same, and ry a small incease of Protein and Fat.
If yu're eating 6 times a day for example, try adding roughly another 5g Protein per meal, 3g Fats approx, so you're getting roughly 50 more calories per meal, which is the region of 300 more calories a day.
If you whack in too many calories, like another 1,000 a day for example, you'll create an excess, which will convert to Fat, and then as you get stronger and need more calories, the excesss would shrink, but you'd find it harder in time, to shed the Fat you gained.
Thanks for the comments. I've been eating more and lifting harder over the last two months in an effort to put some muscle on. It seems to have worked, chest has really come out...but definition has definitely dropped with abs. Overall body fat has remained the same though. I'll try get some new pics posted soon...
keep in mind, ur in amazing shape..women love a guy with a body like that more then a guy whos just bulked up ! it was in a magazine i read from all these opinions from playboy bunnies and celebritis actress and everyday fitness involved women..they claimed to rather have a man with toned definniton physique with 6packs then a guy liek DEXTER JACKSON AKA MR OLYMPIA! lol
