not much difference there RK, both 24 reps with maybe 5 - 10% more wt
use a vairety of sets and reps through the week (4 x 6 for strength, 3 x 12 for hypertrophy, 2 x 20 for endurance/recovery)

cheers again for the help guys, I am changing to full body asap!
one thing is that at the moment I have a bad kneee, so cant really put pressure on it ie: doing squats. should I still do the full body programme leaving out any squats?

I have started the full body and must admit that I felt it first session! I am planning to do it three times a week, with 48 hours rest....is this enough, as I am quite sore 48 hours after doing it for the first time!

yes, you will heal quicker by working out again as it gets the blood flowing through the damaged muscles.
