Going out to eat for B-day.... what steak is best?

Post by BeachBride »

Next weekend I'm going to a very nice and pricey steakhouse for birthday. I want to have a nice meal but not completely blow diet!

Is the best steak (nutrition wise) filet mignon? (I doubt they'll have round steak!!) I was thinking:

salad
limit the bread to one piece
steak and vegetable
1 glass of wine

eat what you want...if you've done all the right things during the week than 1 splurge won't hurt

a grilled sirloin steak with veg and salad will certainly won't ruin your diet, it's actually IMO an excellent meal!

It's your b'day buddy treat yourself and have a gallon of whiskey to go with it!!!!

I guess the dinner won't be a big problem now that I think of it.... It's going to be the party I'm throwing on B-day (Saturday). All the appetizers and stuff....

...and the all Cosmos I'm going to have! O'well, I'm going to try and enjoy myself instead of thinking about all the calories I taking in!
