Waterbury Workout Working?!?

Waterbury Workout Working?!?
I'm not sure if it's the workout or diet or a combination of both, but I've lost about 15 pounds in about 7 weeks while gaining strength.

I currently just completed the Day 23 of the Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy I by Chad Waterbury so I'm about halfway through that phase. I had never done Deadlifts before the workout and now they are favorite exercise.

I'm 6'0" and started at about 205lbs and am now down to 186-190lbs depending on the day.

diet has been pretty clean except for a few cheat days, eating out or drinking with friends here and there. I feel if I didn't eat out or drink once every two weeks, gains would be greater, but it's tough since I live in San Diego and I'm fairly social on the weekends and a few times during the week.

question is once I complete Phase 1 of the workout should I go onto Phase II or go to the 10 x 3 for Fat Loss. I'm about as big as I want to get on upper body, but would like to get bigger on calves

do phase 2

bigger calves??? why again? sorry mate they are 90% genetic so unless you're willing to put in 5 days a week of a shitload of wt for 2 years then go ahead...otherwsie get tyour deadlift up to 2 x your bodyweight...that's a far better accomplishment

I'm about to finish Phase II.

legs are considerably stronger, but haven't grown much (I guess I'm stuck with 'chicken legs').

upper body had gained a little bit of size and waist has shrunk an inch.

What do you suggest I go to now? 10 x 3 for Fat Loss or repeat Phase 1?

your legs haven't grown because you leaning down so therefore your cal's are too low
