Working out with a heavy Sweater

Post by jflores760 »

I see people in gmy working out with heavy sweaters, trying to burn off fat quicker I presume. Does this work. Is it safe.

They would most likely sweat more, and need to drink more water. You could also from the increased sweating, lose more Salts, and increase your risk of Cramps.

Plus if you sweat Water, you're not using it to potentially Metabolise Fat, so actually wearing the big Sweaters, supposedly for Fat loss, might prove very fruitless, in opnion

I would be interested in a couple of things though.

1. Do you know for sure that's why they're wearing them, or is it just something you think? I'm not criticising you asking that.

2. Why would they think they could lose Fat that way? I personally am very sceptical for the above reasons I gave, that Fat loss is achievable working out in heavy sweaters, so I'd want to know the reasons someone like that would do it.

I dont think it has to do with burning more calorie.
it has to do with more physical stuff.
by wearing sweater... u sweat more..
that means more of something comesout with the
water and the sodium... oil. oil=fat in ur body.
wearing sweater will help to a certain degree.
but dont depend of the sweater..
